Collision Repair process

  • If making an insurance claim, first call your agent or insurance company. Inform them to send your claims information to Action to speed up the process. If you are not sure you are making a claim come directly to us and we will give you an estimate to aid in helping you to decide if you want to file a claim.
  • You can call to schedule an estimate appointment or just come straight in- no appointment is necessary.
  • Our estimators will inspect your vehicle and take some pictures to forward to your insurance company.
  • Once approved we will then order your parts and schedule you in for repairs. If your vehicle is not safe to drive call us and we will coordinate for it to be towed to our facility.
  • We will call you once your parts have arrived and schedule a repair date. We will also set up your rental car for you if needed. We also offer a shuttle to and from your home or workplace.
  • Once your vehicle is dropped off for repairs it will be assigned to a certified technician to disassemble and at this time a supplement will be created if needed. If not, then your vehicle will be moved to either structure or body repairs whichever your estimate states.
  • Once any structure or body repairs have been completed your vehicle will be ready for the paint department. After painting your vehicle’s freshly painted panels will be color sanded and buffed.
  • The vehicle is now ready for reassembly where the technician will reinstall any parts de-trimmed for the painting process. Also any emblems and moldings are installed.
  • At this last stage your vehicle is hand washed and a polish is put on the newly painted panels. We also wipe down and vacuum your vehicles interior.
  • After it passes a quality control check by our production manager, someone from our customer service staff will call you with a delivery time to pick up your vehicle.
